Babygear ships to mainland UK postal Zones only. Our couriers may have restrictions for some zones for certain exceptional size/weight goods.
We ship on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays and will try to ship out on the day you order. Some orders may take 7 - 10 days. If your order is placed is later than our delivery partners collection times, your item will ship out on the next shipping day. Please review the following shipping information. Shipping Charges
Free shipping for orders over £50. Free and charged shipping rates apply to Mainland UK Postal Zone 1 only.
Items over £50 will typically be shiped via a Next Day service. (Next Day once we have despatched. customers should allow for courier delays such as traffic and breakdowns)
For items under £50 shipping charges are from only £4.50.* (See exceptions below)
Some items under £50 may have free shipping, this well be advertised in the product listing.
We aim to process and dispatch your order on the day (Business Day) it is received or the next business day if later than our couriers pick-up times.
Standard Delivery Small Items is typically 3 to 5 business days. Please note this is the time Royal Mail may take once we dispatched to you. For items that continually go in and out of stock there may be a few days before we dispatch.
We process orders and ship between 9:30am - 4:00pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Shipping is via Royal Mail or FedEx depending on the size/weight of the item.
Most deliveries will need to be signed for. Please ensure someone is in to receive the goods. Couriers will usually attempt to deliver a second time, after which they will return the goods to Babygear. Charges for re-delivery will apply. Including for items that originally had free shipping.

Please note some products are built to order and will be ordered from the manufacturer specifically for you. These items will be shipped as soon as they arrive or may be shipped direct from the manufacturer. These shipments may take from a few days to a number of weeks depending on the product ordered. We will always advise you of expected delivery times if they are likely to be outside our normal delivery times. If a longer delivery time is not convenient you will be able to cancel your order.
Once we have shipped your goods, meeting the indicated delivery time is in the responsibility of the courier. Traffic and weather conditions can affect deliveries. Whiles we make every effort to ship out as soon as we can, which for many itesm is the same day we receive the order, Babygear does not offer guarenteed delivery times. The arrival of the goods could be subject to delays en route due to weather, traffic, breakdown or other unforeseen events. Delivery times are not part of the contract of supply for your order.
Pre Order
Some new products coming to the market very soon may be listed as pre-order items. The manufacturer has indicated they are ready to accept advance orders. We will try to indicate a delivery time if one has been provided by the manufacturer. Please note any indicated availability dates are beyond our control and may change without notice.
Pram Delivery Times
Many prams take a number of weeks to come in. Randomly certain models and colours regularly go out of stock across the UK. We will advise you of delivery times for prams and other popular items when you place your order request.
For prams ordered for you from the manufacturer, expected availability dates cannot be guaranteed. We will warn at order time if we believe the item has a risk of being late. Expected shipments can be held at Customs or delayed at sea due to bad weather or Customs clearance delays. These delivery times are beyond our control. We are sorry we are not able to offer loan products in such cases.
We constantly track and monitor your pram's estimated delivery date if the data is available from the manufacturer and we will keep you appraised. We can also store your pram free of charge until you need it, so it is safer to order early to be sure of geting your favourite model and colour.
Delivery Area
We deliver to UK areas only. Our charges are for mainland UK Royal Mail Zone 1 Post Codes.

Zone 2 and Zone 3 (other within the UK, incl Nt Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands have additional shipping charges of £20 per box up to 20kg In many cases there may be a lower surcharge charge. We will always work with reputable courier services to find you the lowest price for areas outside Zone 1.
* Exceptions: Please note that some extra long or very heavy items may be charged at £4.99 or £7.99. These will be indicated before checkout.

IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25, We reserve the right to exclude any post codes within these geographic regions that were unintentionally omitted from this list.

Availability from the Brands
Most products are available from Babygear stock. Some item are fulfilled by the manufacturer and will be held at their warehouses. These products will usually be shipped direct to customers from the manufacturer.
Some high demand products can go out of stock quickly and take many weeks to come back into stock. These events are usually random across products and brands so can be difficult to foresee. We recommend customers contact us for up to date availability. We will always warn about an availability issue when acknowledging and order.
Recycled Packaging
At Babygear we reuse cardboard cartons for shipping. Please be aware that any product advertising on the outside of the box may not reflect the items inside, original product packaging will be inside.
For travel systems we may repack goods into fewer boxes to reduce our shipping costs. For example we may pack a footmuff inside the carrycot box.
